Bathrooms made architectural.
Positioning MLS
as a bathroom specialist.
The proposal focuses the brand on bathroom renovation. The aim is to make that specialism visible in the identity, the imagery and the way projects are presented.
The concept covers the identity, colour palette, image direction and a website proposal. Geometry, proportion and material references carry through each part.

A geometric monogram.
A serif wordmark.
The MLS monogram is paired with serif lettering. Light and dark applications show how the identity can be used against different backgrounds.
Original concept / Light and dark applications

Borrowed from
the space itself.
The palette pairs charcoal and porcelain with limestone, sandstone and aged bronze. These colours echo the stone surfaces and metal finishes in the concept imagery.

Show the materials
and the decisions.
The proposed project stories combine room views, material details and short explanations of the choices. They give visitors more to understand than a gallery of finished images.

The identity,
applied to a website.
The website proposal uses large images and project pages to show the spaces and their details. Compare the home and project views, then switch between desktop and mobile.
