04Clear before we begin

The practical questions.

What does the monthly fee cover?

The proposal sets out the service areas, reserved capacity, planned review points and monthly fee. Production work uses that capacity where included; it is not added on top automatically.

Can the priorities change?

Yes, within the agreed scope and available capacity. We review the effect on the plan before replacing tasks or adding work.

Which costs are separate?

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, printing, travel, hardware and external production are identified separately where relevant. The proposal explains who pays each cost and how approval works.

Can you help us manage the tools ourselves?

Yes. Training, documentation and handover can form part of the scope, with support matched to the team and systems involved.

Who carries out the work?

Q-BRIQ coordinates the agreed work. Specialist collaborators contribute when additional expertise is needed, including hardware support. Responsibilities and access arrangements are agreed for the project.

What about results, duration and unused capacity?

We agree useful review measures and report on the work. Rankings, sales and revenue depend on factors beyond delivery alone. The proposal confirms the term, notice, scheduling and treatment of unused capacity.
