Branded QR codes & customer journeys

The details make the difference.

Give each scan a useful destination. We design QR applications for business cards, printed materials, signs and service journeys, then connect the code to the relevant page or action. The design is tested at the intended size, with the destination and ongoing management agreed before production.

A new enquiry

  1. Capture the request

A visitor sends the service, contact details and preferred timing through a branded website form.

  2. Keep the information together

The agreed details become a client record and a follow-up task in the chosen business tool.

  3. Make the next step clear

The customer receives a branded acknowledgement. Your team knows who needs to respond and where to find the details.

An appointment

  1. Choose a service and time

The customer finds the relevant service and the available booking route, on a phone or desktop.

  2. Connect the calendar

The chosen booking platform keeps the appointment and customer details connected to the team's working calendar.

  3. Send useful information

A confirmation explains the appointment and any preparation needed. Reminder rules are agreed around the service.

A branded QR journey

  1. Start with the scan

A QR code on a card, sign or printed document takes the customer to a destination designed for that moment.

  2. Open the useful destination

The page explains the next step, such as reviewing a service, booking or sharing the information needed for a quote.

  3. Connect the response

Where required, the response connects to your chosen tools. Tracking and destination management depend on the agreed implementation.

This is a sample of what we can plan and implement. Tool compatibility, data handling and notification rules are agreed for each project. No information is submitted by this preview.

02Illustrative application

See where the work helps.

The challenge

A printed card links to a general home page that leaves the visitor searching again.

The approach

Create a scan route to the relevant service or booking page and test the printed application.

How it helps

The person scanning reaches a clear next step suited to that printed material.

03Before you decide

Useful questions, answered.

Can the destination change after printing?

A managed redirect can allow this where included. Its domain, hosting and ongoing responsibility need to be agreed before the artwork is printed.

Can a QR code use our colours or logo?

Yes, within a design that remains scannable. Size, contrast, quiet zone and the printed sample are checked together.

Does every scan identify a customer?

No. Scan and destination measurement depend on the implementation, available data and applicable visitor choices.

A clear working process
01

Map the current work

Follow the information, the people responsible and the repeated steps. Check the tools, permissions and connection options.

02

Build the agreed workflow

Connect the supported fields and actions. Define the approval points, notifications and route for exceptions.

03

Test and hand over

Test representative cases with the team. Document the workflow, access, ownership and scope of future changes.
